The ETE philosophy is to help people make intelligent choices about education and their future as well as to understand their roles in the community.  The program is designed to inform young adults and their families about choices and opportunities available in choosing a higher education institution.  ETE believes in educating all Americans and, by doing so, we strive to build and inspire great minds.
